Cancellation Policy

At Nuevo Marketing, we are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality marketing services and results for our clients. To ensure operational stability and proper campaign management, the following cancellation policy applies to all clients:

1. 30-Day Written Notice
Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice. The notice period begins on the date the cancellation request is received in writing via email.

2. Billing During Notice Period
All services will continue as normal during the 30-day notice period, and the client will be responsible for all fees incurred during this time, including management fees and any agreed advertising budgets.

3. No Immediate Termination
Immediate cancellation or chargebacks are not permitted. Any attempt to terminate services without proper notice does not relieve the client of their financial obligations during the required notice period.

4. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Nuevo Marketing are non-refundable, including but not limited to setup fees, management fees, and advertising-related services already rendered.

5. Campaign Assets & Data
Upon termination of services, and after all outstanding balances are paid in full, clients may request access to any campaign-related assets that they own. Nuevo Marketing reserves the right to retain proprietary systems, strategies, and internal processes.

6. Outstanding Balances
All outstanding invoices must be settled prior to the final termination of services. Failure to do so may result in service suspension and/or collection actions.

7. Modification of Services
Requests to pause, modify, or significantly alter campaigns do not constitute cancellation and may affect performance guarantees or service outcomes.
